The initial inspiration came from her mothers successful hat design business established in New York City in the roaring twenties. Anne Koplik continues this family tradition by working with her two daughters Jill and Kara. Jill is the CEO and head designer and Kara is the CFO running the financial operation. These three women combine their talents to develop one of the most successful jewelry companies in the world.
