Panda Snack
Bamboo isn’t just for pandas and stir frying anymore. It’s ready to wear clothing too. Made entirely from bamboo, Panda Snack clothing is an environmentally friendly brand that’s developed a unique resource for manufacturing clothing.
Panda Snack is the combined vision of Deborah Boria, born and raised in Manhattan and Dearrick Knupp of rural Pennsylvania. They met while working together in the fashion industry in New York. Their combined experience includes working with sportswear, knitwear, accessories and product development and brand licensing.
By using bamboo, one of the fastest growing, most resilient plants in the world, Panda Snack doesn’t rely on deforestation and pesticides to make its clothes. The texture is just as silky and soft as cotton, is naturally antibacterial and has good wicking properties.
Panda Snack stays cooler in heat and warmer in the cold. Panda Snack has married eco-consciousness with a solid design to construct a chic sportswear line that you’ll look good in and feel great about wearing. As a special bonus a part of the proceeds of each sale go to panda preservation.
